It'second i of the nigh expensie fishes about. This palm sized piece costs me around RM20.... in addition to it was at offer price. It'sec Mike'sec favourite fish.
Steaming fish is actually easy, and it keeps the kitchen clean.. :)

Not every fish volition involve and so few ingredients, only because cod doesn't comport a fishy smell, so, no ginger, no cooking vino is needed

one pc cod, palm sized, 1.5cm thicness
ii cloves garlic, peeled, finely chopped

2Tbsp steam fish sauce
