H5N1 very fragrant style to do mackerel or stingray.
The sauteed onions lend a sweetness bear on to the spicy fish.

one pc mackerel (this pc was abt 350gm, bigger than my palm)
ane heaped Tbsp fish curry pulverisation
i/two tsp salt
ane blood-red onion, sliced
Oil for pan frying

Dry fish on kitchen towels. Rub fish amongst salt. Sprinkle the fish generously with curry pulverisation. With dry out hands, tap fish to press inwards curry pulverisation. It should be heavily coated, together with dry.
On a frying pan, set inward plenty crude to pan nestling fish. Fry fish until aureate on both sides.
Remove fish from rock oil. Put inward sliced onions in addition to saute until soft in addition to fragrant.
Place sauteed onions on summit of fish.
