Fried Fish Alongside Salsa

 just prepare salsa just before serving and pour over fish Fried Fish with Salsa



My married man doesn't similar sour stuff, then I made the salsa every bit a dip.
If u similar tangy material, but cook salsa only earlier serving in addition to pour over fish.

Ingredients

one medium sized trevally-Malays phone call this fish ikan nyok nyok (abt viii inches long, or whatever fish u prefer)
ane/two tsp common salt
dash of pepper

Salsa Recipe
one small business firm carmine love apple (diced small-scale)
one small ruby-red onion (non shallot, diced pocket-sized)
ii pocket-size plane'second eye chili (I used cili burung, the much smaller version)
juice from ane lime
zest from one lime
ane Tbsp saccharide
1/4 tsp common salt

Method:
Marinate fish alongside salt as well as pepper for half an hour.
Fry fish on shallow crude til gilt chocolate-brown.
Mix together salsa ingredients.
Pour over fish or serve every bit a dip.
