Caramelized Anchovies & Peanuts 焦糖江鱼仔花生

When I was a kid, I dearest this dish made past grandaunt. It goes real well with manifestly rice porridge.

½ loving cup cleaned divide dried anchovies (don’t wash them!)
½ loving cup raw peanuts
2 Tbsp saccharide
1 Tbsp calorie-free soy sauce
three Tbsp cooking oil

i. In a dry wok, low rut, youngster peanuts for two minutes or until peel is dry as well as tin can live removed easily. Remove skins past rubbing them amongst fingers too blow the skins away.
