Thai Manner Garlic Steamed Fish - Fishy Fishy #3

This was my beginning dish using fish sauce(that fourth dimension, Sept 2011). I’ve never used fish sauce before. And not long before I saw this recipe, I bought myself 1 pocket-sized bottle. Some are made from squid, about from anchovies too this bottle I’ve got, is made from pomfret. Experienced fish sauce users, whatever deviation between those that I mentioned? I merely take no thought. But i affair I know, it definitely taste more pleasant than fish sauce that comes from Cathay. That is toooooo fishy for me.

I adapted this recipe from Echo’sec Kitchen, too the entirely major difference I did was adding in or so homegrown lemongrass. Thai Style Garlic Steamed Fish

i whole fish (800gm), but use whatsoever fish y'all fancy
3 Tbsp finely minced garlic

i Tbsp fish sauce

ane lemon grass, thinly sliced
