Crab Curry Amongst Pineapple - Pineapples #I


I happened to run across more or less crabs at the wet market place virtually my mom's place too then I bought around.

I learnt during MFF Kedah too Perlis that seafood tin can live cooked with pineapple. So I tried it out myself.
The pineapples added a lovely season dimension to the curry. We loved it.







Crab Curry with Pineapple

two large blossom crabs, cleaned too cut into pieces
two blood-red chillies, thickly sliced
ii lemongrass, base smashed
100 ml kokosnoot milk
Half a big pineapple, halved together with sliced
Salt to gustatory modality
1tsp saccharide

ten dried chillies
5 shallots
three cloves of garlic
1 inch ginger
i pc of belacan , pinkie sized
