Steamed Chinese Whitebait 蒸银鱼仔

Chinese Whitebait, or close to phone call it Silver Anchovies, or baby anchovies, fifty-fifty blue centre anchovies..
Anyway, it'second those teeny weeny white coloured dried mini anchovies.
My tardily begetter loves this elementary dish. My late grandaunt taught me how to brand this.
Very unproblematic to brand:
Ingredients
50gm mini anchovies (rinsed as well as drained)
ane tbsp carbohydrate
1 Tbsp calorie-free soy sauce
one Tbsp cooking petroleum
1 Tbsp finely chopped cherry-red chili
one Tbsp finely chopped garlic
Mix everything together too steam for ten minutes or merely put plate on tiptop of rice when water inward rice cooker is reduced.
