Pan 'Baked' Garlic Lemon Salmon - Salmon #1

Pan ‘Baked’ Garlic Lemon Salmon

one Salmon Steak(one inch thick nigh 250gm)
i Tbsp butter
three cloves garlic, finely chopped
20ml Tbsp lemon juice (i Chinese soup spoon)
i/three tsp salt
Good dash of black pepper
Parsley flakes and lemon zest
i. Rinse salmon steaks too pat dry amongst paper towel.
ii. Place garlic, common salt too butter in a non stick pan,. Turn rut on medium low. When butter begins to melt, plow estrus to depression. Spread everything about, don’t let the garlic brown, simply warmed through volition be fine. Push garlic to the sides
iii. Put salmon into pan. Flip once just to coat the other side alongside the warmed garlic butter.
