Fried Fish with Chillies (Ikan Goreng Bercili)

ane Tilapia, medium sized, cleaned and scored
i tsp tumeric pulverisation
1/two tsp table salt

1 pc asam gelugor
ane/ii loving cup rock oil

Chilli Paste
one ruddy onion
three cerise chillies
ten plane'second eye chilli or more
i inch ginger
3-4 cloves of garlic

1. Marinate fish amongst alongside table salt and turmeric powder, rub the insides likewise.
2. Pound/coarsely grind the chilli paste ingredients together.
iii. Heat a wok on high, place in petroleum as well as set inward the fish. Turn estrus to medium low as well as tike both sides until aureate together with overnice.
four. Lift fish out of the wok and place on plate.
5. With remaining oil in wok, saute the chilli paste as well as asam until it smells fragrant as well as looks glossy. Taste together with season alongside common salt.
six. Smeer the cooked chilli glue on both sides of fish.
