Fresh Tuna Royal Potato Salad

Fresh Tuna Purple Potato Salad

Serves 4

Steamed Tuna
one Fresh Mackerel Tuna (ikan tongkol), around 800gm

Clean the tuna and rub with ane/2 tsp table salt. Steam for x to 12 minutes or  until the fish is cooked. Let the fish cool downwards together with take away the flesh, inward chunks. Discard bones, nighttime brown parts and peel. If at that place is clear fish liquid inwards the plate subsequently steaming, in addition to if it doesn't sense of taste fishy, pour it over the fish flesh to rehydrate.

Buttered Pressed Potatoes
400gm majestic potatoes or regular potatoes
ii Tbsp butter
