ACS Kampar Noodle Soup

Serves: 6-8pax

Soup Base
3-four cups of prawns shells +heads
450gm chicken breast (one-half of a large chest with bones too pare)
three cloves garlic
3 shallots
three crimson chillies
50gm ginger (peeled weight)
30gm galangal (lengkuas, peeled weight)
iv lemon grass
i Malay soup spice purse (sup bunjut, as well as it consist of coriander seeds, fennel, black pepper, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, and star anise)

½ cup coconut milk
3L water
